SILVER DEE CANDY
April 26, 1992- May 23, 2005
Rest in Peace my beautiful girl.

Just this side of
heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. |
|
| All the animals who
had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were
hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them
in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and
content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special
to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... Author unknown... |

lifetime with us.

This is the Mare I am very proud to own. Our First! Her name is Silver Dee Candy "Candy" and she wants that treat Jenni has real bad. She is a 1992 registered A.Q.H.A., P.H.B.A., N.F.Q.H.A., F.Q.H.R. and F.Q.H.A.. Be sure and keep scrolling down to meet all her wonderful babies.
This was Candy when we first bought her. Talk about needing T.L.C.!

This is her 1997 filly Bit O Honey Candee Bar "Honey." Her sire is " Bar Money Cute Pack." Her new owners changed her name to Odessa Pat Bars.

Meet her 1998 filly On Wisconsin "Whisky" Her Sire is "Mr. Sonny Continental." Can anyone tell how she got her name?

Both of the pictures above are Candy 1 week before she foaled in 2000.
Here is her 2000 Cremello Colt YTWOK BUSTER BAR CANDEE when he was 3 months old.

"Buster" was sold to Alomi {formerly Triple Y} Arabians in Stoughton WI where he would grow up into the fine stallion which he so deserves. They had changed his name to Platinum Cowboy. He was then sold to Paul and Janet Anderegg and guess what... They changed his name back and registered him as a AQHA! I was so Happy to hear that. Candy was bred back to the same stallion {PRO'S MEGA STORM}.
Below is the picture of all pictures......

Candy and "Buster" running up to me!

And here's Candy and I out for a stroll.

"Reba" was sold to Clayton Hauser of Argyle, WI. I am sure he will provide her with lots of love and she will grow up happy and healthy. Candy is Bred back to "Mega" one more time for 2002. I just LOVE this cross!
Candy did it again. On April 11, 2002 at 1:55 a.m. she gave birth to this absolutely huge Cremello Colt. Mama and Son are doing Great!

Here is Dandy on April 19, 2002

I regret to inform the world that "Dandy" was put down by his new owner due to complications of Bastard Strangles at his new owners home. He was a great colt too that will be missed by all.
Here is Candy today isn't she pretty????

Candy was bred to Elderberry Boot a Grullo Reining Champion in Arizona with his ROM in reining. Well, Candy outdid herself this time. She gave birth on April 5, 2003 10 days early to the most exquisite Grullo filly I've ever seen. I think we'll be hanging on to this one!

FLASH!!!
Candy gave birth to the most awesome Possible Grullo Filly on March 15, 2005! This filly is by Ultima Playboy! Each year she is just doing better and better! Here's a couple photos before she is even dried off. More to come!

Photos taken at less than 2 hours old!

Here is Starshine at 1 month old. And at almost 9 weeks old. Were still trying to determine a color!
